Birchbox + Gap Pop-Up
Art direction for packaging and retail design, as well as printed collateral and signage for a Birchbox + Gap shop-in-shop experience. Collaborating with the Gap team, Birchbox was able to create mini brand experiences at seven flagship locations nationwide.
Custom fixtures were designed to mesh with Gap’s aesthetic while have unique touches for Birchbox—diamond shaped cut-outs for handles, tissues, and trash mimic the Birchbox logo.
Using color and pattern, shelves of product are brought to life and easy to shop.
Point-of-sale counters included grab-and-go boxes and an iPad for easy subscription sign-up. With fixtures that doubled as shadow-boxes, we were able to leverage the real estate to communicate box contents and price.
Custom packaging was created for the partnership, using Birchbox brand colors and patterns that were in-line with Gap’s seasonal merchandise.
